emphasize the details and symbols of death. The term also refers to works particularly gruesome in nature. Please show us your strange, obscure, haunting photographs.
In the spirit of Halloween

hosting A fine Art photography exhibition in the back gallery from Oct 21st

Sales commission: 50% to artist 50% to gallery (please
price work accordingly, including commission and shipping fee and your artist
Framed works no larger than 24inch will be concidered.
Photography framed with glass will not be accepted or hung
in the show for safety reasons. Use Acrylic/Plexi instead, thank you!
Simple Black gallery frames are suggested; if work is
framed in something else, please let us know ahead of judging so we may
consider this while thinking of a cohesive show.
Entry fee: $25 entry includes 3 photos
Rules for Photo Submission
Entrants must be at least 18 years old. If
you are younger. You must have a parent or legal guardian make the submission
The photographer making the entry must have
taken photos. If you are a parent or legal guardian submitting for a minor,
please make it clear and whom you are actually submitting for.
By Submitting you are admitting ownership of
copyright associated with submitted photograph. Walter Todd Salon and any
affiliates assume no responsibility and hold harmless for any copyright issues
associated with said artwork.
Images may not have been exhibited at the Walter
Todd Salon within the last year.
All Submissions must be made through
Images should be no larger than 1000 pixels on
the longest side, type jpg - set to the highest quality. The color space should
be set to sRGB. DPI: 72dpi
Up to three images may be submitted for a non-refundable
fee of $25 US for on-line submission
Additional 3 images may be submitted for an
additional $15 US
Images must be received by midnight PST on the
submission closing date for the exhibition you are submitting for
Payment must be received by the close of
submissions for the exhibit you are submitting for.
Members of Snow Creek Collaborative may submit,
but are NOT eligible for prizes and awards.
Photographers retain all rights to their work, except for
submissions accepted for exhibition: artists grant Walter Todd Salon and or
Medium Photography festival the right to use their images to promote the
exhibition and for display on Walter Todd Salon/Medium websites and for
inclusion in an exhibit catalog. Walter Todd Salon and Medium Photography
Festival are not affiliated in any way and shall not be held responsible for
any damage that may occur to artist or the work of said artist.
For submissions that are selected, photographers may offer
their work for sale and establish their own price for framed prints.
Walter Todd Salon For framed work we retain 50%
of the sale price.
Local sales tax of 7.5% or current local sales
tax amount is collected on all sales at the gallery.
Work that has not sold by the closing date of the show
will be returned at the artist’s expense.
A FEDEX account is required and/or and return label from FEDEX, UPS, or
DHS Packed with artwork when delivered.
Walter Todd Salon reserves the right not to show work that
does not meet gallery standards for showing such as, but not limited to; broken
or damaged work upon arrival, work delivered that does not match the submitted
photography, work that is outside the framed guidelines, work that for any
reason we find is unacceptable to show. All artists will be notified if one of
these reasons occurs, prior to show opening.
